The Firm has a wide experience in counseling in all kinds of corporate matters, such as: Incorporation of companies, preparation of charters and By-laws, shareholders’ agreements, drafting of minutes of shareholders and Board Directors meetings, drafting and negotiation of agreements, counseling of mergers, acquisitions and scissions, and assistance in complying with applicable legal provisions.

Financial Law

The Firm provides advisory services aimed at complying with regulatory provisions applicable to Stock Brokers, Investment Fund Operators and other regulated and non-regulated financial entities, as well as domestic and international banks and affiliates. It has ample experience in advising on the obtainment of authorizations to establish financial entities, including credit institutions, stock brokerage houses, investment fund operators and SOFIPOS.

Audits

For a number of years now the Firm has rendered services of audits to Legal Risk Management. These services are provided to financial entities, particularly to credit institutions, stock brokerage houses and regulated multiple purpose financing corporations, as well as audits in connection with the prevention of transactions involving illicit sources, these to financial entities and other entities that carry out vulnerable activities. For such purposes, the Firm has personnel that have been certified by the National Banking and Securities Commission of Mexico (Comisión Nacional Bancaria y de Valores).

The Firm has expertise to offer services regarding global protection in the intellectual property area, for the obtainment and defense of trademarks, patents and related rights.

The Firm provides advisory services to register works in all kind of matters, reserves of rights and the drafting of agreements such as reserve, remunerated collaboration, and assignment of rights and licenses of use. Likewise, the Firm provides locating works services.

Immigration Law

Obtainment of immigration forms in all their varieties for foreigners that wish to reside in Mexico, temporarily or permanently.
